Check-Up

Health:
Yesterday, I went jogging with Jas after approximately two whole years of physical dormancy. Surprisingly, my muscles didn’t complain today. I’m thinking right now if my version of Lara Fabian’s “A Broken Vow” while jogging did the trick.
Heart:
There is a certain case of emotional imbalance happening to me since last week for the fact that I’ve been having regular nightmares and they are again leaving me helpless and tearful in the morning. I haven’t identified the cause yet but I believe it has something to do with me dealing with people and their relationships not with me but with one another. Or maybe, I’m just missing a few beloved people. Haven’t seen my little sister who according to Jas is just a few shades darker mini-me. Will really teleport back to dear hometown when time permits.
Soul:
Big Bang Theory’s Sheldon Cooper and Howard Wollowitz have been making me laugh my lungs out for a month now. I’m replaying season 1 for the third time this evening. Such a cool TV/DVD series to get addicted to.
